I want to use the card I entered above for automatic payments to TCTradeMarket.com. I understand that if I have a PayPal balance, that balance will be used to complete my payment. I also understand that if my preferred payment method has expired or is declined, PayPal will charge my backup payment method. These payments will be treated by PayPal as Preapproved Payments as specified in the PayPal User Agreement. I can change my preferred payment method or cancel this authorization at any time in my PayPal account.
